Raising of our third green flag!
Congratulations to all of the boys and girls and their teachers who celebrated their latest success in the Green Schools programme this morning. Everyone gathered outside in the glorious sunshine to raise our third green flag which we received for our efforts in conserving water on a daily basis in our school. Two years of hard work went into achieving this flag so well done everyone! 🙂

There were cheers all around Marshalstown school this morning when Mr. Mac, the ice cream man, arrived to give all of the children (and teachers) one last treat for the summer holidays! 🙂
6th Class Art Exhibition
The 6th Class students have been working at home on their own individual art projects in preparation for an art exhibition which took place on Monday. The children had to ensure that they used recycled materials in some way in their project. I’m sure you’ll agree that the end results are fantastic. Well done everyone! 🙂
2nd Class collect their prize!
Following on from their success in the Wexford County Council Food Waste Prevention Competition 2018, some children from the class along with their teacher Miss O’ Neill travelled to the headquarters of Wexford County Council to collect their certificate and prize! They had to invent a name for a character in the promotional video about Food Waste and their winning name was Sal (Save all leftovers). Well done again everyone! 🙂
