On Friday 7th April, the whole school got involved in the annual village spring clean. Each class was assigned a different area in the village or on the school grounds. We gathered 6 full bags of rubbish which surprised everyone, as Marshalstown is always a very clean place. Well done to everyone for taking part and for doing such a fantastic job! 🙂

Junior Infants Easter Art
The Junior Infants have created some beautiful artwork based on an Easter theme. They worked really hard on their artwork and chose some beautiful colours for their pictures. I think you’ll all agree that they are “chick”tastic! 😀
Confirmation 2017
The 6th Class students of Marshalstown and Castledockrell schools were confirmed on Thursday 30th March in All Saints Church, Castledockrell.
Bishop Denis Brennan lead the ceremony, assisted by Fr. Danny McDonald and Fr. James Fegan. The Bishop gave each child a wrist band with the words ‘ My story is not yet written…’, as a reminder of the day and take with them into the future.
Helena Dunbar lead the school choir and tin whistle players. It was a great success and a credit to the class teachers Ms Catherine McCarthy (Marshalstown) and Mr. Tom Ford ( Castledockrell). A big thank you to all involved and the very best of luck to the 6th class students for the future.
