The boys and girls in second class created beautiful Easter bunnies using pastels.
They created beautiful Easter themed mindfulness colouring.
We also learned about how Easter is celebrated in other parts of the world. We learned that in Germany there is a tradition of decorating trees with Easter eggs. This is known as Ostereierbaum (Easter egg tree). The children decorated their own Easter egg and we hung them up to create our own Easter egg tree.
The boys and girls in second class have been watching and watering their plants very carefully over the last two weeks. They have been thrilled to see them start to grow. Take a look!
The boys and girls in second class have been learning about plants and what plants need to grow. They had great fun planting carrots, peas, spinach, lettuce, potatoes and strawberries. We can’t wait to see them grow over the coming weeks!
Second class were busy in the run up to Christmas creating fantastic art work. Here is a selection of their work. Well done everyone!
5th class have been working hard this week learning all about the digestive system and how our bodies work. We went outside and traced around our bodies and filled in the digestive system and as you can see 5th class did a super job!! Well done! 
5th Class were busy on their second day back to school today. They made fantastic hats to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at home tomorrow.
